Kseniya Drebot

(Environmental education specialist)

If you ask Kseniya where she feels most at home, she’ll tell you it’s out in the wild—trekking through forests, skiing down mountains, kayaking or cycling through remote trails. But what makes her truly unique is how she’s turned this passion into a mission: helping children and families reconnect with nature through hands-on learning and adventure.

With a strong background in IT project management and agile coaching, Kseniya spent years leading international teams, mastering the art of collaboration and adaptability. Now, she brings those same skills into nature education, creating thoughtful, engaging outdoor programs where children of all ages learn through exploration, creativity, and play.

At 2020 she founded a forest school community in Ukraine based on practices from Scandinavian and US forest communities. Whether it’s storytelling under the trees, crafting with natural materials, quest games or simply allowing children the freedom to explore, Kseniya makes nature a place of discovery and growth.

Beyond education, she also designs unforgettable outdoor experiences—from nature-inspired birthday celebrations to guided forest bathing or birdwatching walks that help both kids and adults slow down, breathe, and truly connect with the world around them.
