Olha Hots-Yakovlieva, PhD.

(Managing director)

PhD in Law, Associate Professor at Department of Civil Law Disciplines and Labour Law of Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

I bring significant experience in teaching, research, and organizational activities, which have honed my analytical skills, my ability to handle large volumes of information, and my expertise in preparing reports and systematizing data. Throughout my career, I have successfully coordinated scientific projects, analysed complex data.

Beyond my professional life, I am passionate about travel and active outdoor pursuits such as kayaking and skiing. While exploring nature reserves and cultural landmarks, I am inspired by the ways local communities protect and preserve their environments. This appreciation for nature motivated me to join the team at Machaon International, an organization dedicated to conserving natural heritage.

In 2024, I joined this remarkable team as a Reporting Coordinator for EU-funded projects. My role involves analysing project performance, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring transparency throughout the process. My academic background and professional experience have provided me with the skills needed to successfully contribute to these projects. On February 2025 I was appointed by managing director of Machaon International

Working alongside the Machaon International team, I am committed to implementing initiatives that safeguard natural treasures and contribute to the preservation of our shared heritage for future generations. I actively help in organisation of cultural events and nature experience programmes.
